Rules and Regulations

  • In any matter pertaining to the college the decision taken by the Principal shall remain final.
  • Admission in the college will be given according to the prescribed norms. Admission will be given according to the merit list and prescribed reservation policy of Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University
  • Every student must carry the identity card with him/her and attend the college in uniform. 75% attendance is compulsory in every subject. In case the attendance falls short he/she shall be detained from appearing in University Examination.
  • The students must behave politely with the teachers and Non-teaching staff. If any kind of misbehavior or indiscipline is observed on the part of any student, necessary action will be taken against him/her.
  • The infrastructural facilities available for students must be used with discretion and care.
  • It is compulsory for the students to appear in all the tests/examinations held during the year.
  • In case of any difficulty the student need to contact their class teachers or mentors.
  • They must remain present in all functions organized in the college, especially on Independence Day & Republic Day. Presence on these two days is compulsory.
  • They should keep their cycles/vehicles locked only at the college cycle stand. College will not be held responsible in case of theft.
  • Trespassing is prohibited. The students must not bring any outsiders in the college premises.
  • Ragging is strictly prohibited. If any student is found indulging into ragging, action will be taken against him/her.
  • The student must abstain from gender discrimination. If any case of gender discrimination is found, appropriate action will be taken.
  • In case of any grievance, a complaint can be lodged with the Grievance Redressal Cell.
  • During Pandemic Period all norms prescribed by the state government and the university will come into force.
  • Covid-19 protocol has to be followed by the students and stakeholders
  • Students will be informed about scholarship/freeship and activities through notices.
  • The students must complete all formalities within the stipulated period.
  • No discrimination against the minorities will be tolerated. In case of any discrimination, appropriate action will be taken
  • The chemicals, instruments and equipments available in the Laboratories must be used with utmost care and discretion to avoid any kind of untoward incident.
  • No discrimination will be tolerated against Persons with Disabilities. Complaint against any kind of discrimination can be lodged with the Internal Committee for Persons with Disabilities.
