Students of “Rotract Club” of Santaji Mahavidyalaya, Nagpur participated in Nirmalya Collection at Futala Lake on 23rd September, 2018

  • In any matter related to the college the decision taken by the Principal shall be final.
  • It is Compulsory for the students to appear in all the examinations held during the year.
  • No college-day or gathering shall be held.
  • Every student is required to have books and separate Note Books for each subject. He/She will not be permitted to sit in the class without book and notebook.
  • The student who has not accomplished home assignment will not be permitted to sit in the class.
  • Every student should keep the identity card with him/her.
  • The student should use the property of the college carefully.
  • The students must not loiter in the college building or sit on the parked vehicles & bicycles.
  • They must be present in all functions held in the college specially on independence Day & Republic Day. Presence on these two days is compulsory.
  • Classes are held in two wings, degree classes are held from 7 a.m. & Junior College Classes are held from 11.30 a.m. onwards.
  • There is a faculty in-Charge for each wing. There is a class guardian for every class. For any kind of problem related to the college the class guardian is to be consulted.
  •  The students must behave politely with the teachers and Non-teaching staff.
  • Trespassing is prohibited. They should not bring the outsiders in the college premises.
  • They should keep their cycles locked only on college cycle stand. Otherwise the college will not be held responsible in case of theft.
  • There will be no college trip.
  •  If any kind of misbehavior or indiscipline is observed on the part of any student, necessary action will be taken against him/her. In such cases the parents will be informed and the admission may be canceled.
  • 10% & 15% amount of total fee will be returned by the college if the admission will be cancelled within 10 & 15 days, respectively, of admission. After 15 days of cancellation of admission he/she will be required to pay the tuition fees.
  • The students will be fined for non-payment of fees and dues within the prescribed period.
  •  In case of any damage to the college property, he/she will be given time to compensate the loss else admission will be cancelled.
  • The student will be fined if he is found writing on the desk or wall or spitting. In case the students hide the fact, all students sitting on the particular bench will be fined.
  • If a student remains absent without permission of the class teacher he/she will be fined 50 paise per period.
  •  80% attendance is compulsory in every subject. In case the attendance falls short he/she shall be detained from appearing in University Examination.
